SavePrompic, is built to be 100% local. Your prompts, images, collections, and backups are stored exclusively on your device's internal storage. We do not host your data on external servers or transmit it over the internet, except for necessary communications with the advertising and purchase services described in this policy.
1. About the Application
SavePrompic is a tool designed to organize, manage, and back up generative AI prompts, enabling you to categorize text, attach reference images, manage platforms/models, and create encrypted backups.
2. Data We Process & Collect
SavePrompic does not collect or store Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on any remote server. Information created when using the application is categorized as follows:
User Content (Prompts, notes, and photos): Stored exclusively in the local SQLite database and application-private storage on your mobile device.
Settings & Preferences: Saved locally on the device using shared preferences (language, visual theme, collections).
Encrypted Backups: Encrypted backup files (in .pmpbackup format) are created directly in your local device storage inside the public Downloads folder.
3. Third-Party Services & Identifiers
To sustain application maintenance and offer premium management features, we integrate third-party services that may process non-personal identifiers according to their respective privacy policies:
Google AdMob (Advertising)
We use Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and anonymous diagnostic data to serve relevant ads and prevent fraudulent traffic. You can review Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
RevenueCat (In-App Purchases & Subscriptions)
We use RevenueCat to manage Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat does not collect personally identifiable information; it only processes an anonymous transaction/device ID issued by Google Play Store to verify whether your subscription status is active or inactive. 4. Requested Device Permissions
To deliver smooth core functionality, SavePrompic may request the following permissions on your device:
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA)
Allows capturing reference photos directly inside the app to attach as thumbnails to your AI prompts.
Storage & Media Files (READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES)
Allows choosing photos from your device gallery to attach to prompts, exporting metadata-embedded PNG images to your public gallery, and saving text exports or backups in your Downloads folder.
Optionally used if you enable local app lock security to restrict prompt access using fingerprint or face unlock.
5. Data Security
Your backup data is protected using military-grade AES-256-GCM encryption combined with PBKDF2 key derivation. Because all data is stored locally, physical and digital security also relies on your device's security practices.
6. Children's Privacy
SavePrompic is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
7. Data Rights & Deletion
Because all your data resides locally on your smartphone, you maintain full authority over it:
You can delete individual prompts, collections, or images inside the app screens or empty the Trash.
You can wipe all stored data at any time via Android System Settings > Apps > SavePrompic > Storage > Clear Data.
Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all local database entries and privately stored images from your device.
